5 Simple Steps in Applying an
Eyelash Growth Serum

Remove your contact lenses
If you have contact lenses

2.
Wash your face.
You need to wash your face
with a cleanser before you apply any eyelash

3.
Apply the serum to your lash line
If
your lash serum is prescribed by an ophthalmologist, then you might have a
number of disposable applicators. Use the applicator to apply the serum along
the root of your lash line (upper eyelashes). You should start from the corner of your eye and
gently move outward.
Do
not apply to your lower lash. Immediately
you blink, the lash serum will spread to your lower lashes. Since you are using
a sterile one-time applicator, you can throw away after use.
However,
if your lash serum was gotten over the counter and isn’t prescribed, you should
use a mascara wand to apply and do not dispose
of after. Use the wand to coat your lashes with the lash serum in an
upward motion.
4.
Clean excess serum with a paper towel
An eyelash serum stimulates
hair growth. That is why it is very important that you apply it only on your
lashes and not your face. If not, hair would start growing on anywhere it touches.
So, carefully clean off
excess lash serum from the corner of your eye and avoid spilling the lash serum
on your face.
5. Wash your non-disposable
applicator
If you have a non-disposable
applicator, clean it after applying the lash serum, using a cleanser or soap
and warm water. After washing, rinse and then, put in a clean towel to dry.
Within 6-8 hours, it should be completely dry.
However, if you have a
prescribed serum, this won’t be necessary because you have disposable applicators
which you are to dispose carefully of
after use to avoid reactions and irritations in your eye.
